Mechanical Design Engineer (Jr. & Sr.)

Design motor housings, structures and assemblies, and take them from 3D model to production drawings, prototypes and validation.

What you'll do

  • Create 3D models, detailed drawings and BOMs using CAD (SolidWorks).
  • Carry out engineering change management using CAD tools and the Fiori application.
  • Apply GD&T principles, run design reviews and work with quality, marketing and supply chain teams.
  • Support prototype development, testing and validation.
  • Maintain design documentation and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Work within SAP for product data management and change control.
  • Provide sustaining engineering support, including design updates, issue resolution and cost reduction.
  • Continuously improve designs for manufacturability, cost and performance.
