How we build a BLDC motor
Simulation first: electromagnetic, thermal, structural, NVH and CFD analysis optimise each design before hardware is cut.
Precision manufacturing: automatic winding, servo press fitting, precision soldering and rotor balancing to under 2 mg.
Validation: dynamometer testing up to 20,000 rpm, thrust testing up to 100 kgf, and power measurement accurate to 0.08%.
