EYDelta designs, winds, assembles and tests brushless (BLDC) drone motors at its own facility in Thane, Maharashtra. The range runs from 32 g FPV motors to heavy-lift UAV motors producing up to 24 kg of thrust each.
A drone motor for every class of UAV
FPV drone motors (EYD 2207+ to EYD 4214+) deliver up to 1,900 W with peak efficiency above 87% for agile FPV, racing and tactical drones.
Industrial drone motors (EYD 4006+ to EYD 3520+) produce 2.2 to 6.2 kg of thrust per motor for survey, mapping and medium-lift multirotors.
Heavy-lift drone motors (EYD 8010, 8110 and 8030) produce 14 to 24 kg of thrust at up to 7,200 W for agriculture, cargo and large-payload drones.
Proven on our own thrust stand
Every drone motor design is simulated for electromagnetic, thermal and structural performance before a prototype is built, then validated on our in-house thrust test stand and dynamometer.
Rotors are balanced to under 2 mg for low vibration, and windings are made on automatic winding machines for consistent performance from one motor to the next.
